Hampstead Heath

During the month of December I took several walks in Hampstead Heath which is my favourite 'retreat' place in London when I need to connect with nature. Some of the trees there stand powerful and strong, and others seem to vibrate with a subtle energy. My experience has initiated a series called 'The murmur of trees' and helped me create two new paintings to express this feeling.
